Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, not including holidays) before they ship.

Shipping method & delivery time (US): Standard shipping uses TDPacket, and delivery takes about 7–15 business days after the order ships. That means the total time from order to delivery is usually 8–18 business days. These times are estimates, and peak seasons, weather, and carrier delays can make them longer.

Shipping cost: Your shipping cost is shown at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers will be listed there when they apply.

Tracking: We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking may take 3–5 business days to start showing updates.

Multiple packages: Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address before you order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address the customer gave us.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Customs/Duties: None for US orders.
